Covenant Reminders:

Our neighborhood is governed by a set of regulations called the “Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Harbor Island.”  Typically, you receive these regulations from the closing attorney when you purchase your home.  Though this may not happen in all cases, you are still responsible for abiding by the regulations.

If you use your home as a rental property, the family who leases from you is responsible for the regulations, as well.  The bottom line is that all of the residents of our community have agreed to follow the governing regulations.
